F inancial Coaching is about creating a healthy and balanced relationship with your money, from an emotional and practical point of view, with your deepest held values at the core. The process involves  identifying how you would like your life to look and then providing the tools to enable you to do that.

Whatever your situation, you can be sure that you are not on your own. Money is such a huge part of all of our lives and it is no surprise therefore that money related issues are one of the biggest causes of stress and anxiety. My commitment is to take the fear, stress and confusion away.

Having an honest conversation with ourselves about our money history can help to identify why we may behave in a certain way. The way we were raised has a huge impact on our money story and often this can negatively impact our ability to take control of our finances, therefore ultimately sabotaging our dreams and aspirations for the future.

The best financial plan in the world will fail if we have a whole load of  blocks and limiting beliefs about money. It is therefore imperative that we spend the time to understand why we behave the way we do.  This is where my approach differs from traditional financial advice. We deal with the WHY (the emotional aspect) first and foremost and the WHAT (the plan) at the end. One alone, is only half the story! When we align the two we have a powerful catalyst for change that starts inside and spreads outward to all areas of your life.
